CAMPLUS San Pietro was awarded with the in/architettura award for the Lazio region rehabilitation of existing housing stock. The jury appreciated the ability of the architects to combine all the technical requirements needed by the existing building and the will to achieve their aesthetic objectives. The idea of highlighting the minimalist and brutalist style and introducing only architectural elements in that same line lead to an environmental friendly and refined project.

The living façade characterized by the low maintenance and fast growing greenery that changes according to the season. While the landscape project adapts to the surroundings also the inner distribution of the private and common areas allow great flexibility to the user. This were some of the motivations for the award.
